One of our recent customers sent to us this letter the other day, thanking us for the work we did, so we thought we would share!
I just wanted to follow up and say “thank you” to Sentry Management and the Esprit Homeowners Association for replacing the gutters in the Festival Court cul-de-sac of Esprit in Hunter’s Green. The company you contracted seems to have done an outstanding job in solving the drainage problem. In the few rains we have had since the repair was completed everything has been working well. There is no more standing water at the end of our drive way along the gutter area. Moreover, the workers and the crew leader in charge of the project could not have been nicer and more friendly for all of us to work with as homeowners throughout that week of “construction”.
We really appreciate your help and communication in getting this accomplished. Most importantly, we appreciate the approval and funding by the Esprit Homeowners Association to make it possible! You cannot imagine how happy and relieved we are to not have standing water constantly at the end of our driveway and throughout other parts of the cul-de-sac. Our driveway was by far the worst! In recent years we painstakingly called it “Lake Tonelli”!
